We were considering about to trek in less touristy trek in Nepal somewhere as major routes are overcrowded in peak season. In searching such off the beaten treks; we came up through “Wilderness Excursion’s” Nepal off the beaten treks and found Pikey Peak trek. We did an amazing 6-day trek to Pikey Peak following Sir Edmund Hilary's favourite view of Everest. The highlight was watching the sunrise over the Himalayas. This trek was off the beaten track - in the 6 days, we only saw few other groups of tourists, so we felt like we could really appreciate the stunning surroundings. With crystal blue skies every day we were spoiled for views of the Himalayas. The hike offered us a good level of challenge. We walked for 7-8 hours on the first day, and 4-5 hours on the following days. Anyone looking for less popular trek in Nepal. Pikey Peak Trek is  the best.
