I found it very challenging but worth it as this trek rewards you with a life-changing adventure and superb view that I have never seen though you find it less sound sleep in high altitude and lots of peeing at night. Out of the three passes I like Kongma La and Renjo La is the best it provides a spectacular mountain view however all three passes are thrilling. Renjo La has the best view over Mount Everest. I have a mild symptom of altitude sickness, I suggest anyone doing the Everest Three Passes trek should start lower at Phaplu if you are not well acclimatized and not very used to the regular trekker. Our guide Yek was excellent and Porter Dawa was very strong. I thought I was very strong but they are mountain heroes. I got stranded at Lukla because if flight was canceled due to bad weather otherwise everything went well I recommend Wilderness Excursion and using them if go back to Nepal for another great trek.
