Nurbu Sherpa, born and raised in Solu Khumbu, is one of the most energetic young trekking guides at Wilderness Excursion since its inception. Known also as Gyalzen, he is a great strength of WE and has summited many peaks below 7000 meters. Being raised in a Sherpa family, the high mountains and their challenging steps are simply day-to-day life for Nurbu. Beyond his lifelong experience on Everest’s trekking routes, Nurbu has a deep passion for guiding in the Himalaya and loves meeting new people.
